Refund policy

All sales are final! We DO NOT offer refunds ONLY exchanges. 

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving package NO EXCEPTIONS. You must email: amaliasservicedesk@yahoo.com informing Amalia's Boutique that you would like to process an exchange. All items must be in its original packaging and tags must be attached. Amalia's Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages marked delivered according to tracking. 

• Once you notify Amalia's Boutique of an exchange, exchange MUST be mailed out within 48 hours. 
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE ODOR FREE!
• Please allow 3 business days for Amalia's Boutique to contact you once items are received and inspected.
